Suggestion: Suggest 1-2 servings per day. Do not use if seal is broken. Content sold by net weight. Some sediments or insoluble particles may exist after preparing, which is normal due to nature of the ingredients. Not intended for children under 4 years of age.

Recommended Dosage: Mix 1 sachet (25g per serving) with 150ml of water, modify the volume of the liquid to your preference. Enjoy at breakfast or in between meals as a versatile healthy snack.
